Resizing window expands collapsed code

Title pretty much says it all, and considering the [+] doesn't turn into a [-] I'm thinking this is a bug.

Reproducible on Windows 7, no special configuration.

I can't reproduce this, also using Windows 7.

I just tried on another W7 machine and it isn't happening, but I can consistently reproduce it on the original one. I'll experiment more with it when I use that machine next on Monday.
