B4R Library rVL53L1X library

This wraps the VL53L1X library by Sparkfun.
The library makes it simple to configure the sensor and read range data from it via I²C.

The Time of Flight sensor is capable of measuring distance up to 4 meters with an accuracy of +- 5 mm

I found that the library by Pololu did not work in the long run.
So I deleted it and updated the first post with a new wrap of the Sparkfun library.
