I think I will wait till the S4 comes out Its great that although my S2 is already a year old its still top of the heap, more ram, more speed, won't make it any better when it barely uses what it has. The latest ICS upgrade to 4.03 from 4.01 really improved the smoothness of the scrolling, it just slides like on oil now.
