Screen sharing on LAN

Hi all,
do you know about a good Windows-based screen sharing software, working on LAN?
The goal is rather primitive: anything appearing on the "server" PC should be available to any PC on the LAN through a browser or a client module, pointing to the server IP (or knowing a special code/URL). High refreshing rate is important.
The server owner will have full control on start/stop sharing (no need to accept/deny connections)
Another point should be the option for "stealth" operation. I mean, nothing in system tray and task manager. anyone looking at the server shouldn't be aware of the running sharing sw (which will be controlled by key combinations).

I recalll an old sw from NCH (ScreeStream) and read about ScreenTask but rather prefer something successfully used by you.

Thank you.

Open-source UltraVNC comes to mind.

Its a remote control software, but you can setup a separate password for "view only" (no control).

You might also be able to hide the "Host" icon on the server.

Just open ports on your firewall, for local use, Webrtc free, just need a web browser and you can screen share , there are many projects with code samples in javascript and html5
