I need to send an encoded streaming audio from mike via TCP (UMTS o other 3G networks) to a windows server. I'm already sending a wav, but it works only in perfect conditions and many times audio is chopped. So to save bandwidth I need to encode, reducing size as much as I can.
I don't see any encoding library capable of streaming instead of storing on local storage.
Can anybody give an advice?
