Android Question sha1 Signing certificate fingerprint

I'd like create client id on Google api v3 for Youtube, but I can not go on without digit sha1, only the package name is not enought for Google.
How can I create sha1 of package name ?

I did choice the wrong option OAuth.
The right choice is Public api access.
