There is a Utility program at TeraByte which is called Drop to Dos which is FREE.
It is helpful when needing to use the Console for different Commands.
I use it to work with the Android Emulator and Adb progs.
It makes it easy to get to a Console for the Folder of your choice.
Just navigate to the folder to open in Console with the Windows Explorer and Right-Click the Folder and select Drop to Dos from the popup Menu.
