I've a feeling the answer to this is probably no but ....
is it possible to use a Spinner to act like a VB combo box where by users can type values and the selection jumps to the matching text.
For example if a Spinner contains a list of names, the user presses to open the spinner contents and types J it will jump to all the names beginning with J
