store contents of xml file into mobile database

Hi,
1)Can anyone suggest or provide a sample code as to how can i store the contents of an xml file into a database wherein the elements of the file are the column names.Its a mobile application using C# and .net cf .

2)Also how can i compare the contents of two xml file element by element
