How do you run your phone? Themed, moderate changes, pure stock?

I tried a lot to theme via various widgets (minimalistic text, uccw), and roms (cm9 etc), but eventually it became too laborious. I still think theming is not too easy still (but buzz launcher and miui launcher are making it easier).
Now I am running Touchwiz on my S3 and getting used to it.

I have a Galaxy S3 but was dismayed by the rather poor battery life. Even barely using the phone I was seeing at best 2 days.
Having flashed the phone with Android Revolution HD the battery life is now super. Under light usage I am getting up to 4 days out of it. Really pleased.

Nice I will try it sometime soon. I have the Exynos version, rarely I see more than 24 hours battery life, but then I do use it a lot and have too many apps installed. 4 days is pretty damn good for any smart phone these days.
