Recently, Google is paying out no more than 70% of the balance on the 15th every month.
When they changed payout day from the 2nd to 15th, just around 50% of the balance was paid out.
Are you seeing this in your account, too?

The email supporter did not at all answer my question - looked more like a machine generated reply.

At the moment my app on Google play is selling for 0 dollars,

70% of zero is a net profit of 0 dollars.

wait, what? you can actually sell your apps?

doh! missed that boat.

I think it has always been that the most generous big fat companies like Microsoft, Apple and Google have shall we say 'held back' 30% of what you would make on your apps because probably they're poor people living out of cardboard boxes and they need it more than we do

70% sounds about right then.

Although about 84.5% of the people reading this will be 7.1% influenced by it.

Actually, Google is happier with commercial developers.

Suppose you hold back 30% of ALL developers turn-over for a month and let the money work for you...

That is why I wanted to check whether I am alone here or not before I start speculating.

Ya I noticed this too (back in Feb or March?). Kind of shrugged it off and forgot about it.

@alfcen

Oh yes, I see what you mean, they must be making a LOT of interest doing that.

Could you keep us posted on your findings please.

I hope to start being able to charge for the Pro version of my app in the not-too-distant future.

@IanMc

This month Google paid out 65% and kept 35%.

This is growing suspicious, indeed, and feels iextremely bad.
