iOS Question Uploading to App Store - Upload App to itunes Connect - fails to open the dialog box

Hi

Using a new laptop for the first time to update current live app on Apple Store

Complied using Build Release App.
Using Store Provisioning File

Compiles OK

Downloaded to local PC using Tools - Build Server - Download Last Build
Had pop uo confirming file downloaded

Now when I click on 'Upload App to itunes Connect' nothing happens, the normal dialog does not open. HELP!
I've obviously missed some setting, I've gone through the upload tutoprial - I've done the upload on old laptop so many times (old laptop no longer available)

Found IT, the dialog was opening off all my screens, weired, adding this in for anyone else who gets this problem. Note the dialog as its a dialog does not show in your Ctrl-Tab list of windows.

Solution was to open the display settings and move one of the monitors virtual postion around all the other monitors keep pressing apply and the dialog finally appeared.
