Android Question Wav to amr format.

Hi,

I am saving audio files now in wav format, but the size of file is too big.
I want to save file directly in amr format or convert wav into amr format.
Is there any way of doing this.

Pls give some clue.

Actually there are some well know apps like "Automatic"(call recorder) which save in amr. 100KB for 1 min recording.That much in wav format will have file size in MB.
So I thought of using that.Though I am not into call recording.
I will check for FLAC format.
