Not a huge fan of Paypal but it's just so damn convenient. I can honestly say I have never heard of MoneyBookers.

The most people do is to withdraw their salaries via ATM. Paypal doesnt accept withdrawing to our banks, only to debit cards. I used money bookers some time ago and i liked it but it is just unpopular. The most advanced users in my country are using epay.bg which is a local service for billing.
