I have only used PayPal, credit cards and carrier billing. (in UK)
In the UK as well and it's usually always Paypal (or regular card payments). Occasionally I use Google checkout if it's available. Not a huge fan of Paypal but it's just so damn convenient.

My country is a little old fashioned when it comes to modern online services. The most people do is to withdraw their salaries via ATM.
Paypal doesnt accept withdrawing to our banks, only to debit cards.
I used money bookers some time ago and i liked it but it is just unpopular.
The most advanced users in my country are using epay.bg which is a local service for billing.
