[wish] IDE Libs panel detect when library changed

Wish:

#1 option

Library panel could keep the library file date time and check that once and while (before compiling?) (timely manner? every minute?) and upload related files again.

In a big project with many librarys several can gets changed, in the way i use i open more than one IDE of B4A (that is good) and while I am working on the main project I have to change the libraries on other IDEs.

#2 option

A button on Libs panel to force reloading the libraries in use by the project

That Right menu option with refresh on libs panel is not a easy option, a toolbar like option for each tab is much better.
