Wrapper for sdk

Hi guys, I am working on a new project. I need a basic4a wrapper for sdk attached ( https://caenrfid.com/en/)

We can then also leave the lib on the forums for everyone else who may need it.

The library connect device reader RFID and scans RFID TAGS for inventory.
