You donated but received nothing

From time to time, I'm unable to send a file to some of my donors nor communicate with them. Either their email address is invalid, or their email program blocks my address (because it accepts only contacts on a white list) or my email ends in the spam folder and is not read. Moreover I don't know their nickname in the forum and, usually, I have no idea of the library or class they donated for, so my first email asks for the reason of the donation and I expect an answer which never comes.
In the past, my solution was to refund the donor because I'm unable to send him the file but two people complained because they didn't understand why I refused their donation (finally I found a way to exchange with them and all is ok now).
I won't publish here the names of people who recently donated but received nothing. I just hope that these people will recognize themselves and will contact me via this forum.

You can do a direct bank transfer. It's a slow method (there are a few days between the payment and its reception on my bank account). Start a private conversation with me for more details.
AFAIK, Paypal is very safe. I don't see any reason to not trust it.

Just wanted to add another comment re PayPal - I have used PayPal for well over 15 years now selling software as well as for purchasing software and other items and have NEVER had any problem. Also, if you are paying with a credit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.
