Android Question B4a take many ram

When i use b4a in windows 10,there is wonderful happening in Task Manager
The B4a take about 1.2 gig from my system and my system is freeze until i dont close B4a
In last i dont see same problem but recently B4a freeze many a lot
I attach picture about B4a state in Task Manager
My Ram is 8 gig

This is the optimized dexer. Normally it shouldn't have a large impact on the CPU. Try to increase MaxRamForDex to 2048.

You can also disable it completely.

What is "optimized dexer"? What is it for?

During compilation, the Java bytecode is converted to Android byte code. This conversion is called dexing and it is usually the slowest step. The optimized dexer "dexes" the libraries and waits for the IDE to add the user code.
The purpose is to speed up compilation.

If the RAM limit is not high enough then it will slow the dexer and might affect the CPU usage.
