In fact this is not a creation, but an added value for those designing hardware using Arduino and Bluetooth HC-5 or equivalent.
This is a ready made board and can be bought for less than a dollar from eBay. A plug-and-play board .. just connect A, B, Rx and Tx to the Bluetooth module corresponding pins. and connect the 'A' and 'B' pins to the Arduino Rx, Tx module.. enjoy!
