I am looking for a way to programmatically make a short-cut to the home-screen. I am aware that I can press for a long time and create an Icon to the home-screen but I would like my updater-app to do this. Because after every uninstall/update the icon disappears from the home screen. Think as in windows where you can right-click and "create shortcut". I would like to do the same but programmatically inside another app. Upvote 0
