Android Question com.studentapp.librasoft.firebasemessaging.handleStart java.lang.RuntimeException

hi,
my app crash on some devices with this error as
com.studentapp.librasoft.firebasemessaging.handleStart
java.lang.RuntimeException

its reported by google playstore, i use firebasemessaging in my APP
