I have loc1.DistanceTo(loc2). It returns 5098218. I want to find out if the two distances are more than 100 feet apart.

The return value is in meters, so your value of 5098218 means 5098.218 km !?
Are you sure your locations are correct ?
To get feet, multiply the meter value by 3.281
