Android Question new version (for me) 13.30

hi

after sometime out of here i came back and noticed a new version 13.30 is available - thanks for that
now, do i need to update all the environment as well or just b4a?
i mean i need to update my apps in play store to the latest sdk so what am i required to update more?
and i will also ask what is the current latest required sdk?
