$50 to create Mouse Library

Library with following:

I need Mouse Wheel Event with scroll up / scroll down info

Also left button click, right button click, scroll wheel button click and x/y coordinate

Also ability to hide cursor and keep it hidden

Also, want to trap events and not pass to system in some cases (individually selected whether to pass or not pass).

I just need a way to do this that is easy! I am a beginner and struggling. It is worth $50 to get this.
