And a heated bed so you can do ABS. The A8 is a much better printer.

But my point for the SMARTT is $99 is the NORMAL price, not a sale price and $125 gets you 2 spools of PLA included.

The A8 looks good for a DIY build. By building it yourself, it would be easier to repair.

A8:

Comparison of several 3D printers:

CR-10:
I like this, Anet A-10. Is in between the A8 and the CR-10 (quality-price). It's very easy to assemble but due to some design flaws (well documented on youtube) it need some tinkering.
The printing quality after solving this flaws it's great!

I had a $200 budget including shipping. I spent $201 including shipping insurance. Something I wanted as I am in Ukraine. At first I was going to get the Anet A8 or the A6 but kept seeing issue with their power supplies when printing ABS that started fires. One of the reviews on YouTube, a guy had added a smoke detector as he had had a fire. But the fix for that was an upgraded power supply.

Anyway, All these sub $200 DYI printers have to be tweaked in one way or another. This should be an adventure! 7 to 14 days shipping and as I understand 6 to 10 hours to assemble, then you print out your upgrades.
What a hobby! LOL :D:eek:o_O:confused:

Yes, for example a must is connect a mosfet to drive power to the heatbed and install octoprint on a rpi (with camera like this) to control printing process
