Android Question A Windows like DatePicker (DateDialog) Buttons Change

I built in my project the DatePicker an when I run the project I get different buttons forms and I dont know why? Can some one help me with this question, pls? Attached I sent 2 images .... How the buttons should look like and how my project shows them. In advance I thank you very much.

My guess (i cant answer it as you dont uploaded a project showing the problem): Set the Cornerradius of the buttons to 0
