Applications created with B4PPC cannot be used on Nokia's,
B4PPC is based on the .NET, a Microsoft application, Nokia is using Symbian as their operating system (Some of Sony's phones also using the same a Symbian variant)

A smartphone in this context means it has no touchscreen,
    like the QTEK 8310 :

Some, like the 5300, are java based phones....

A smartphone, in its wider defenition, is a WIndows Mobile based phone, but with the lak of the touchscreen...and a few other hardware restrictions....

Thank you for your timely response. Is there any idea about which is the easiest IDE for programming Nokia phones ?
