It would be nice to have a dummy panel for the designer that would stay ontop of everything. It would only be shown on the designer. Let's say I have an ad that I am putting at the bottom of the screen. That is on it's own panel, but the problem is I have other panels that are full screen. I can not longer see the ad panel. If I could assign the ad panel as a 'dummy panel' in the layout designer, then a copy of it would be shown on top of everything n the abstract designer.
So, i'd like to see a button in the layout designer with 'dummy panel' and then a assign. the assign would allow it to assign to any element in the layout. Then, a new dummy element would pop up in the abstract designer of the same size. It would stay on top of everything. If the button is on, it's there, if off, it's not. This is just a dummy element and would not be saved to the layout.
