acitvity / applictaion that look like a dialog

Hi,

anyone know how to create an activity / application that takes only part of the screen, so it will look like a dialog (you can see whats around it, assuming its size is not full screen)

Either

a) Search the forum for transparent activity. Then create said activity and load it with a panel to act as the dialog/window you wish to show.

b) Search for the Custom Dialog Class by NJDude.

c) Look at the StandOut library.

Depending on what you want to achieve you have several clues now.
