I am using window 7, The other error information is as follows:
Could not load file or assembly version=15.1.620.0 Culture=neutral, Public Token ='36ff2196ab5654b9' or
one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Seems like the IDE is not installed properly. Maybe your antivirus decided to delete some of the files. It happened in the past.

Now the new error saying "registration error, contact support" while editing the program, and the program closes.

I could solve the problem by disabling the antivirus. Thanks for reply
