Activity.AddMenuItem2 - Missing Icon/Background

I have some troubles to display an icon in the men (with Activity.AddMenuItem2).

I attach a screenshot with (hopefully) all related information.

Sounds simple, but I need :sign0085:

If you are using SDK >= 11 then they won't show up, the "Holo" theme doesn't add icons to the menu.
