Android Question Activity.OpenMenu not works on Android 13?: Solved

I installed my app on a new tablet Samsung Galazy Tab A8, now when I call the Activity.OpenMenu instruction nothing appear.
On previous Android release it works fine.

Wich problems can be there?

A trivial attempt at using it seems to work OK for me on a Pixel 4a with Android 13.

The problem was #includeTitle: false, if use #includeTitle: true the upper bar appear and menu works.
The problem now is that I use a separate bottom for open menu and I don't want to show the title bar.
Anyway solved.
