Android Question add info to a custom class tooltip

I thought I'd come across how to add information to a tooltip window before, but after searching the forums I am unable to find it.

For an example of what I am trying to do:

I am writing a custom class and I want to be able to provide users of the class with more detailed information than just the arguments required to use it (Example, definition of behaviors, etc...)

How do I add information to a tooltip?

Just add a comment line(s) before the statement line, for example:

'VALUE = Integer number that sets something
Public Sub Start(Value As Int)
 ...
...
