Hello team,

I would like to know if at your countries you need to establish a small business in order these money to be income of your business or you are just an individual that receive payments from admob?

If you are an individual do you need to send invoices at Google or apple? Moreover do you state these money as an extra income of your annual taxes?

Thank you for your time.

here in Brasil you must pay 6% of what you receive every month, you have to pay the accountant's work too, the person who is in charge of paying these bills/fees on the government website.

After receiving a certain amount as a person, I was forced to open a business account at admob and banks.

If you choose to receive as a person and not as a company, you pay a fee of 28% of what you receive.

If you do not want to pay as a company or person you are arrested.

There is no need to send anything to google or apple.

The company can be composed of only one person (you).

The government has a history of what you get each year, if you don't pay a fee you are investigated and you can be arrested.

Even if you do a business account at admob and play-apple console, there is no choice at site to send invoices? Because my accountant said that we MUST send this invoice back and I have to figure it out.

Moreover, let's say that I create in every site new business account, firstly at admob, even if I update my apps with new ads IDs, some calls will come from old individual account. Is there any other procedure that I miss?
(I tried to change account type, but it's not allowed)

At Google-Apple console about in-app purchases, do I have to transfer my apps to new business account, because all agreements are accepted with my personal details, or there is no problem keeping these accounts and try find out how to change stored personal info.

Thank you for your time.

I can only speak for the UK. But for me, I get money from Google, I declare it as extra income on top of my normal job, and then I pay tax and national insurance payments on it based on what I'm told. That's it. Oh, and if I buy new computer hardware or a new phone then I claim that as an expense against taxes.

It's the same in Germany.

overhere (Belgium) it's the same thing. they add a tax of 30% on the additional income.
It's not worth the trouble if you earn only around €100/month my accountant said.

I don't declare it either. I did it once tho but then I earned a multiple of what I do now.

I don't know if they (google) interchange data with our tax institutions/government or if they (tax bastards) scan bank accounts for google payments.

But if it's just pocket money you probably stay under the radar for fines. (I think banks interchange transactions above 10K only)

Also if you make €100/month that's €1200/year.
- 30% tax on it leaves €840
- €90/hour for the accountant = €750

which means I'll lose almost half of it already.

the fine is probably only that 30% and I just read that there is no additional tax raise if the non declared value is less than €2500.
so why declare it if you are below that on year basis? nobody likes to throw away money.
