adview in testing mode on real device

To whom it may help,
I always use a real device for development, (NOT Emulator). How do I set the adviews in test mode when I run the app on my real android device.

I have seen there are many ad request arise on the admob page;
I thing admob had boarded my device now, and it no longer show ads on the app which is still in develop state:sign0085:
