I don't know if this is really a bug or not or just a change but is version 1.80 the first version to enforce all lower-case characters in the 'Package name' field?
I recently attempted to replace an old app in the app market with a new version of the same app and it wouldn't allow me to since the old package name had used a mixture of cases whereas the new one was all lower-case.
In order to get around the problem I had to change the package name in the manifest file.
It certainly caught me out!
