An Analysis of the Android App Market

Recently I have performed an analysis on the available data in Google Play app market. I would like to share the results with you. When you say that only 22% can live from their earnings I think you forget that most apps have a paid and a free version, mostly with ads. I don't know how much other developers here earn with their free version but I earn another 70%-80% from the income of my paid app from the free app. I think this will differ from app to app but I think that much more people can live from their Android app earnings.

Yes, that is correct, In App Purchases or advertising is not considered in this analysis. Normally this type of income is popular with games. However, I agree with you, it is a good income source for some developers. Thanks for reminding it.
