Android Question Android 13 and /mnt/sdcard

This code worked on Android 12(checked on emulator):

Dim lst As List = File.ListFiles("/mnt/sdcard")

An error occurs on Android 13(checked on the device).
Please help me fix it.

Thank you, I read this.
My knowledge of Android is not enough to implement the necessary permissions in the manifest. I have it set in my manifest:

AddPermission(android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)
AddPermission(android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
AddPermission(android.permission.READ_CONTACTS)

I tried the TextEditor example.
Could not get to the mnt folder.
