Very cool! This is a common game to write(I've written a couple versions myself)
along with arkanoid and pocket tanks type games. But you have an impressive attention to detail. I saw a couple things in your game I was thinking, "How did he do that?"

(I know FLATTANK... I use to play with it, funny, addicting and sometimes...irritating)

If you tap the play-field, the tank will stop allowing you to set up your shot. That makes some of the hard levels actually possible.

Since I was bored last night I tried out this game.

Looks nice but it plays so sloooooow. Is this normal or did you forget to speed up the snake when resolutions are higher than where you developed it for?

Hi,

Interesting... I did some tests with a couple of devices and not noticed this
problem.
It is not supposed to happened, the main loop is a timer.
Did you have a look on running processes that could make the android slow
(except mine :) ) ?

Can you please give me your device model and android version.

Thks a lot,
WW

Hello,

If I messure from top border till I crash at the lower border 12-13 seconds have passed which is too long/slow for such a game I guess.

This is on a Ployer Momo11 tablet at 800x1024 portrait.

If you wrote it on a 400x600 phone (if that exists?) and don't keep ratio's in mind compared to the one that it runs on
you probably still move it 1 pixel in each timer call, it should be 2 pixels in my case since it needs to bridge twice as much distance in the same time.

Hello,

I did not imagine someone could play this game on a tablet.
9.7 inches is big and I this screen resolution is not managed....
Sorry.

Testing those cases is probably a good reason for me to buy a tablet :D

Thank you for the feed back,
William.

I guess there are phones with simular resolutions these days, it's not the size in cm/inch that counts ;)
