Android Question Apk without 'android:exported' property set

I get an error uploading my app on store (with targetsdk 31 (btw it gives me an error trying to install on phone)
android:targetSdkVersion="31" app not installed because package is not valid
android:targetSdkVersion="30" all working but tomoroow google will remove all appe with 30 or less... what i can do?

Now i upload the apk generated with 31 (not installed in my phone and taken from object folder and get this error from console:

You uploaded an APK or Android App Bundle which has an activity, activity alias, service or broadcast receiver with intent filter, but without 'android:exported' property set."​

The manifest is:

Update, i change manifest according to https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/integrating-firebase-services.67692/#content and they accepted it but still waiting for response (target is 31). For now, I can't understand why the app is not installable on my phone. xiaomi 11tpro

for this problem i solved with tis solution https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/firebaseadmob-v1-6.108552/ it was admob app id the issue
