Android Question apng, gif, Lottie / no reasonable solution

hi,

what possibilities do you have to display animated images?

apng. Easy to use. But I have several graphics on Fiverr , none works.

Gif. Quality just not up to date

Lottie. The quality seems to me not vector.
Really good is also not.

Too bad the apng doesn't really work
