Android Question App just disapears

A user of my app has a new Galaxy Note 7 device.
He installs my app and successfully opens and uses it.
2 hours later its gone. Not on his device anymore.....

Still trying to get more info out of him but has anyone come across this?

Had never heard of this...

Some guesses:

• Perhaps the app has some kind of service which remains on the background and an antivirus simply doesn't like it when this service does something...
• The user has some kind of launcher and the app disappears from there but not from the installed apps.
• If it is a Galaxy Note 7, after 2 hours not only the app but the whole device is gone (sorry for the bad joke, I couldn't resist )

Ok so no one else has experienced this.
