App keeps resetting when phone is locked or screes is timed out

Hello Everyone,
I'm running into some little trouble, my app keeps restarting every time the phone is locked or the screen is timed out, I have about 5 panels in my layout and I switch between them by hiding one and showing the other, but when the phone is locked it gets me back to the first panel, how can this be solved?

I tried putting the activity.load.. when first time is true but then it doesn't load anything..

same thing happens when I press the back button, only I noticed it doesn't reset fully some variables are still stored in the memory..

Found a post on how to keep the phone awake, but how to override the lock button?
I want it to have the same effect as when the home button is pressed, when I re-open the app everything is in its place..
