Android Question App Whatsapp same account on another device

Hello,
as I titotlo I would like to create an app (for personal use) to have the same Whatsapp account on another device I saw in the Play Store that there are similar apps so I think we can do it, do you know how I could start?

You mean to copy the WhatsApp databases? Only possible on rooted devices. Otherwise you have no access to another app's data.

I intended to create an app to have WhatsApp on another device using WhatsApp web

You can try to add the device in the way you add another web-client.
I expect it does not work (whatsapp recognizes it and block the connection or similar)
