B4R Question Arduino Application Run Error

I wrote a B4R on the application of light detection，has been able to ensure that the program is reliable，Because it can run on the ATMEGA2560，can also be downloaded to the ATMEGA328，B4R download tips to use 60% of the program storage space and Completed successfully,but the program is easy to fly，can not run correctly.
