Aren't kids clever

For xmas my 2 kids and the niece all got nexus 7's. ages 6, 9 and 10.

To make my life easy I set them up with a shared google account, that way if we buy an game, they can all get it, etc. They have only gone and discovered that if they use the gmail app and send an email to themselves it then pops up on all 3 tablets, so now they can message each other and they just put a To and From in the message.

If I were you, I would give a lot more weight to their app ideas and suggestions, because:
a) They are more clever and creative
b) They are the audience, they know what they want

Also, if you hand them B4A it will be interesting what their comments will be regarding the IDE

Nice My eldest child is 6 years old and I don't think that it will interest her. Maybe in a couple of years...

You never know, it could happen. I was surprised at my girls interest. Although I think, as simple as the app was, it was a little overwhelming for her to grasp. A little rest for her and then maybe another go...
