Probably my problem or most of the people who publish the app on Google Play is finding ways to increase the number of downloads to make more money.
After publishing my latest app on Google Play, I started searching for ways to increase downloads and checked out a few services and sites, most sites are professionals that have been working on this for years, but for me like The main issue was budget and quality assurance and time commitment.
Between the search and my tests I reached this site:

There are several types of services; I used these two services in the first step: "Keyword research" and "Writing descriptions".
After ordering, it took about 3 days for the description to be ready.
Until the app's description was optimized, almost no install were received on Google Play using the search, but after changing the description and optimizing it, installations began on Google Play.
This phase cost was $120, which was quite reasonable compared to other sites offering this service.
The site's next suggestion was to increase the keywords ranking to top Google search rankings and get more install.
The site itself has a “My keywords” section that offers you keywords related to your app, also you can add your own keywords to the list.
The rating of each word and its rank will be displayed for your app in this section.
At this point you can define the campaign you are budgeting for and start getting keywords for that campaign. Searching and installing through these keywords increases the rank of that keyword and increases your program's installation.
If you are looking for a good service for ASO I would suggest checking this site out.
I remembered saying that for the first campaign they were offering a 50% discount.
