MAybe it is an issue with your changes in the Manifest where you are removing the main entry point. This is why you cant click on the Open button.
Maybe Avast see this problem too...

It is a false positive. If you can add an exception in AVG then do so. Otherwise you might need to uninstall AVG.

I guess that apps not installed from Google Play are considered more dangerous.
