Android Question B4A-Bridge issue

B4A Bridge was working with both Cell (Samsung Mega) and Tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3), in Windows 8.0 Pro.

Updated to windows 8.1 Pro, and now Bridge does not connect .... HELP

Are your getting an error message? If so what does it say?

Found issue - firewall had to be taken down - now works fine... thanks for looking into it...
